Jeff Metz is a retired fire fighter from Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue. With over 20 years of experience in the fire Department, he has focused on saftey for those around him if he was instructing or on scene. For over three decades, Jeff has been deeply rooted in the forestry industry, a passion that began with his family's logging legacy in Pennsylvania. This foundational understanding of the land evolved when Jeff moved to Virginia and dedicated himself to serving the public and as a Department of Forestry firefighter. His experience on the front lines of wildland fires ignited a profound concern for the health and safety of our forests and the communities that depend on them.

Witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of uncontrolled vegetation and the constant threat of wildfires, Jeff sought a more sustainable and effective solution. This led him to the power of forestry mulching – a method that not only manages heavy vegetation without the risks of burning or chemicals but also actively improves forest health. Driven by this conviction, Jeff and his family have invested significant time and effort in mastering the art and science of forestry mulching. He traveled across the country, learning best practices and contributing his expertise to fire line clearing and vegetation management in diverse landscapes.

Vinny Metz is a skilled heavy equipment operator and passionate race car driver. By day, he operates machinery with precision and reliability, working and by night—or weekend—he’s behind the wheel chasing his dream of becoming a professional driver. Known in the racing world as “My Cousin Vinny,” Metz brings the same focus, work ethic, and determination to the track that he does to every job site. Whether clearing land or cutting corners on the raceway, Vinny’s drive, grit, and love for what he does set him apart in both industries.

Danielle Gambale-Metz plays a pivotal role, serving as the backbone of the company's operations. She manages logistics and oversees office administration, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities likely include coordinating schedules, handling communications, and maintaining organizational systems that support the company's heavy equipment operations. Danielle's dedication and attention to detail contribute significantly to the firm's success, making her an indispensable member of the team.
